Unable to Change the Main Poster Image for My Title

Explanation of the problem: I'm trying to change the poster image of my film, because the current poster is cropped and and wasn't properly sized. I did correct the image size, and uploaded the updated poster image, but it was being declined ( #180601-083543-912402 ), saying that there's a potential duplicate. Can you please look into this and fix the problem? And it's just been kept on happening, also I've uploaded the still frames for my film ( #180531-104959-274002, #180531-105025-087302, #180531-105056-366802 ), and they're still in pending status? Why's this happening? I'm an IMDB pro member, and it's really not okay that I've to go through these sorts of things just for a simple update for my film.

This is confirmation that I have approved the poster image you reported and have now set it to the primary poster for the title page: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8488148/. I can also confirm that the additional still images you submitted have been approved and are listed on the title page as well.

Please note that if you are replacing an image in the future, it's usually best to request the removal of the image first, as if you upload the new image our editors will initially determine it to be a duplicate, which is why the image was rejected in this case.
