Unable to correct a cast member to have attribute "uncredited"

I've tried twice to correct a cast member on the movie, Poms (2019), but I keep getting "unable to verified". Bobby Akers is not listed in the credits. I'm unsure how to prove that other than list the entire cast but I no longer have the DVD. I can get it back from the library but hopefully, given my history of contributions, someone can just take my word that he's not there.
