Unable to correct a cast member to have character name shown in credits

I tried to fix a cast member's credit to have the names shown in the credit for the film Us. Alan Frazier is credited as "Ferdie/Jeremiah" not "Alan/Jeremiah" as currently listed. See picture below.

Submission numbers are wholly irrelevant for someone to go in to fix the data based on the picture.

Hi both,

Apologies for the delay. It looks like this was at odds to some of the official documentation we received before the film was released. I've accepted the change based on these credits as they appear on screen though.
