unable to get response here

The thread I started, https://getsatisfaction.com/imdb/topics/detail-level-for-thanks-occupation, has gone without a response for some 3 weeks now. (This is according to the GetDissatisfaction display, which most unhelpfully does not show the actual dates and times of postings.) This is despite the fact that I provided the information that Michelle requested within hours of the request, and posted another followup a week or so later. I see that GetDissatisfaction has marked the thread "answered" despite the fact that my question has not been answered, and I'm guessing that Michelle (1) did not follow the thread, and (2) reads only followed and not-answered threads. Thus I'm posting a new thread purely to try to get attention to the previous thread.

If there's something I'm doing, or failing to do, to get a response, please let me know. I've been trying to follow procedures, and trying to clean up the information I want to submit, so I'm at a loss to explain why I'm being ignored.
