Unable to submit changes/additions to running times

Hi there,

I'm trying to update the running times section of Fei lung mang jeung (1988), but it won't let me submit.

200402-195047-681200 is the saved details, so perhaps someone can investigate.

Hi chen lung,

Thanks for clarifying this.

I can see you are trying to add further running times for different countries but matching the original 93 minutes. This running time matches the default running time already live and hence there is no need to submit a new running time which is the same as the existing default.

Hi Rida,

I'm afraid it doesn't resolve the situation.

Can you look at this page, please:
  • The Hong Kong and English versions (shown in English-speaking territories such as UK and USA) are 93 minutes, but both have different footage.
  • The Japanese version is 97 minutes.
  • I can't find evidence for the version attributed to Finland. I can only assume it's an international version with local edits (or possible PAL speed).

As advised, if the running time you are adding matches the default running time (93 minutes in this case) then there is no need to add this information.

I’m not sure I agree, Rida, especially if there’s different footage.

Anyway, I am having trouble entering Japan at 97 minutes; it’s rejected. The reason issued is to do with assumptions that it’s a version with mild variation or PAL speed because it’s a difference of under five minutes; neither the case here (but could well be for Finland, incidentally, which I can’t find evidence). Can you please enter it internally or make a policy change?
