I was recently in Birds of Prey: The Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn, and it said it was unable to verify. How can I verify? Call sheet? Or perhaps paystub? The production has been a bit behind and I want to get it up soon if possible. Many thanks!

Hello Dustin,
Call sheets or even payslips can prove that you did the work but a lot of people who did the work can then be cut and don’t finish up in the final production.

The IMDb are only really interested in people who appear in the first released version of the title.

If you aren’t listed in the on-screen credits them the best proof that you were in it is to get a screen-grab of your appearance in it. You must be identifiable in it, not a picture of the back of your head and not as a member of a crowd where only your mother would recognise you. And if you can then get yourself identified, you must submit your name with the attribute ‘(uncredited)’.

Hi Dustin,

If you have submitted an update that has not been approved, it means our data editors require additional evidence to verify the credit.

As the title is unreleased, verification should include proof of employment - this can come in the form of pay stubs, receipts, call sheets or contracts for the production, any mentions within the media of the role on the production from reputable third-party sources.

Please upload these screengrabs or data somewhere on the Web where we can access it (we recommend a free image hosting service like imgur.com), these will need to be publicly available and cannot require an account to login. You can then send us the links/URLs pointing to it via the following process:

1) Find your original submission in your submission history (https://www.imdb.com/updates/history)

2) Verify that all the data is still valid. If you need to update/amend the information, you can do so and resubmit the entry.

3) Make a note of the update reference number (it's the number composed of three groups of 6 digits separated by dashes, e.g. 121027-090001-134000)

4) Go to this page: https://help.imdb.com/contact and select the options for IMDb Fan/Contributor Questions > Filmography Credits > Provide credit evidence

5) Fill in the form with all the information (the update reference number and all the URLs pointing to the additional verification for that submission). At least one link is mandatory. If you have more than three, use the 'comment' field to add them.

6) Enter any additional information, comment or feedback in the 'comment' field. The more data/evidence you supply, the better.

7) Submit the form.

Thanks
Meredith
