Unable to access the random movies page.

When I first joined, I was able to get to a section of the site where I would get 4 random movies to rate. I could skip the movies, or rate them. It seems to be offered only to new members who never left ratings before. I don't know what's the point of this. I'd like to be able to get to a random movie page like this (and I'm not talking about the Random Title button in the Site Index, which if uneffective and boring to use). This kind of feature is very useful. Could it be made available to regular users? Thank you.

I've actually included a section in my post refering to both of these sections of the website... The random title page is a bad tool, that requires way too much clicking just to get one random movie (that you might also have already rated anyway). Thanks anyway.
