Unicode Character “♥” (U+2665) Acceptance Possibility For Polls

It would be nice if the IMDb adopted the use of the Character “♥” (U+2665) so that it works site-wide. It works everywhere but in the poll software.

Your opinions are appreciated. This is a problem/idea.

Would like IMDb staff actually acknowledge this shortcoming and open a ticket on it, if that would be possible.
That would be awesome.
Thanks
Ed

i agree only for the fact that so many are using it nowadays and instead of writting out 'love' like its supposed to be, they write out 'heart' which is incorrect...

I wouldn't mind if IMDb added the symbol Ed proposes, but the people you mention, well, I just wouldn't base any opinion whatsoever on them or their actions. :)

Ed,

Unicode characters such as “♥” (U+2665) are only a problem with the featured poll and potentially for polls featured on the IMDb Home Page. The IMDb Editors may also have issues with using unicode character “♥” (U+2665) on the home page.
