I am attempting to submit an official biography for my client, actor Steven Lance and am receiving the following error message:
  • The Unicode character at code point 8232 [
] is not supported.
I am a long-time contributor and never encountered this before. Please advise and resolve asap.

Thank you.

You may be receiving a Unicode Error message if you're cutting and pasting the document into the biography box. Some hidden format codes are interpreting the information as errors instead of characters.

Thank you for your response. I tried typing straight into the biography box and I am still getting the same error.

(The Unicode character in question is apparently a "line separator".)

I just tried a quick test, and there was no error.

Suggestions:

If you are editing a saved draft, be sure to erase all of it
and then retype the entire text.

Perhaps try again using a different web browser??

Thank you! I finally got it to work by retyping the entire biography into the IMDB box and instead of many of the quotes, linking the titles to their appropriate IMDB pages.
