Why at advance search is a category named Unknown Work but there is empty ...is nothing there ???

Selecting "Title Type" of "Unknown Work" does indeed produce zero results.

However, hacking the link to include the not operator ("!") in front of unknown produces, 2,453,457 titles.

I am presuming that "Unknown Work" is available to find titles that have not been categorized and currently all titles have been categorized.
