Apparently the February 1, 2018, date was a wide re-release. Submit the original limited August 6, 1937, release date, indicating it was only at the Royal Opera House in Mumbai. You'll need to well document this to get it accepted. (Don't use the Wikipedia page itself as a reference. Use one or more of the references listed on the Wikipedia page.) After the date is accepted, the year by the title should update to 1937.
