Updates to Company data may only be made from a Pro account. However, any Pro account may submit corrections for any Company.

To update the address, you need to start from the (Pro) Company page, and click on the yellow update button near the bottom of the page.

Then choose Correct/Delete beside Branches (in the Contact Details Section)
Click Continue

Note: the head office (or sole office) of a Company is a Branch to IMDb

Change the Action from Keep: to Correct beside the Branch you wish to change.
Click Check these updates

The rest of the process should be straightforward. However, if you do need more detailed help, post a reply here with the specifics of the problem, and somebody should give more details.

Hi, IMDb people!
This was the only part of IMDb where I found some instructions (at beginner's level) about how to add or correct a company's address.
My question is one step up the difficulty level.
I've been entering "for ages" some companies' addresses that I know, or that I research on the net. Sometimes they're accepted, sometimes they come up with a yellow warning, «This is not a valid address». I have not a clue why. I've searched IMDb and IMDbPro up-and-down, and nowhere is there an instruction about what is the right form to enter a postal address for a company.
I accept that - as there is no world norm for addresses, each country having it's own - it will be tough for IMDb to have a template, and accompanying instructions, for us (world wide users of IMDb, from Portugal to North Korea, from India to the Netherlands, from France to Zimbabwe) to know how to adapt a country norm to the IMDb acceptable format.
Thanks!
