I have been trying and failing to add numerous "uncredited" credits to the show I work on "Criminal Minds" . I have also noticed that a number of my older ones on the same show have begun to disappear. How can I rectify this ?

Not all uncredited work is accepted for inclusion on IMDb. Please see here for guidelines:

http://www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?un...

If the credits are rejected/deleted, it's likely that they don't fulfill the eligibility criteria listed on that page or that their accuracy could not be verified. If the previously listed credits were _not_ identified as uncredited but your name doesn't appear on-screen, they are probably being removed because the entry doesn't match the on-screen credits.

I understand. The confusion lies in the fact that my entire career in Episodic television I have added my credits manually as my position, as it is with many positions in episodic, are never given onscreen credit. In addition I have numerous credited credits earlier in my career since I was working on features and my position generally got on screen credits, based on producer approval. The only reason I am concerned is I know many potential employers use this site as a way to gauge experience.
