This is a recent problem. The user name was properly displaying for polls on Monday 16-October-2017.
The user ID is displayed instead of the user name for the IMDb Poll Page, specific polls and specific poll results pages. The user name is properly displayed for the list used to create a poll.

http://www.imdb.com/poll/Z06O5x-s19o/
http://www.imdb.com/poll/Z06O5x-s19o/results
List upon which poll is based:
http://www.imdb.com/list/ls025038072/
