User reviews clasifications , "loved it" down to > "hate it " was SUPER USEFUL !! . Now I cant find it anymore . why in hell will IMBD would take this feature from us????

I'm not entirely sure what are you talking about: is it the function of voting the review itself, or some mechanism in the review submission form? If you are talking about a former, then a very similar feature is still available, where you can decide whether the review was helpful, or not. It appears in a form of two buttons which are visible under the review:
