Concerns regarding the Johnny Test (TV Series 2005–2014)
  • However, the popularity has reached lowest rate to 4.470 (↓111).
  • Here is most screen capture of Johnny Test's Ratings:

  • Mostly, they criticized the TV Series title as bad show and now bad example of animation. Is not good news, but is better to resolve the issue if is possible.

This graphic:

shows 2 unrelated statistics.
The title has 82 user reviews (and 1 linked external critic's review)
and the title has a drop in popularity.
But the reviews and the popularity are not directly related.
Popularity is a measure of the number of visits to the page in comparison to visits to other titles on IMDb.
A title can drop in popularity just because other titles rise.

See example of reviews:

If we look that the reviews are poor and critical, then this result in most prolific reviewer. Bigger trouble for that title.

People are entitled to their opinions.

I don't follow your comment about prolific reviewers. Being prolific is a measure of the number of reviews posted for all the titles a reviewer writes about. Someone who has reviewed 1000 titles is more prolific than someone who's reviewed 999 titles.

Sorry for that. I were wrong about prolific reviewers, as I've forgot Filter by Rating.

You have gotten off topic.
I see what you are pointing out. While ratings are in play for what you have highlited. Making visual aids for the ratings and the average ratings was not necessary and confused the issue.

What you are referencing is the MOVIEmeter.
That compares its popularity to every other title in the database.
Bderoes has a link in his reply that explains it completely.

Hi there,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Our voting system already detects and defeats attempts to stuff the ballot and skew the rating, as demonstrated by the difference between the weighted average and the arithmetic mean on the vast majority of titles in the database.

Our voting system is continually improved in this respect so you can rest assured that abuse is always automatically detected and thwarted.

We hope this addresses your concerns. Thank you for your support.
