I was looking for this review:

(note this review has a helpfulness vote of 0 of 1)
on the review page for the title:
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2527336/reviews?sort=userRating&dir=asc&ratingFilter=5
and found it when I did this particular sort, but not with others.
I didn't count how many reviews are displayed, but the page says 269 are available of rating 5, and clearly this review is not there for this display:
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2527336/reviews?sort=totalVotes&dir=asc&ratingFilter=5
In fact, the last review displayed still has 0 votes.
The point of this post: Where is the Load More (or better yet, Next Page) button?

The issue has been fixed and you should now see the "Load More" button when filtering reviews:
