Verify my actors, please

I submitted my short film DEATHLY to imdb and everything was accepted except both my lead actors. I emailed support and they said the "editors" must have not been able to verify they are in my short.  Even though I submitted a trailer in which both actors are CLEARLY present (what's the point of submitting this stuff if the editors don't bother to look at it if they question something?)

So, I submit AGAIN (for the fourth time) my actors Alan Ruck and Kathleen Wilhoite in my short film DEATHLY http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4572400/combined

Can you submit proof of their credits? Like names appearing in the on screen credits? Can you post the most recent Submission ID Reference Number? It's more helpful than re-submitting.

The film is in post production, end credits do not exist. They are credited in the trailer, their faces are the only faces you see in the trailer... I don't know what other "proof" imdb could possibly need short of me giving my SAG rep's phone number and imdb can call him up and ask.

I see that both the cast credits you submitted (for "Alan Ruck" and "Kathleen Wilhoite") have been processed and are now listed on the title page: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt4572400/
