Very old uncredited role

I have tried this before, but told still was not enough. I got a 6 second clip during opening credits of Jimmy Hollywood with ME in it. My submission number is: 180814-023355-043000
I know there was other footage, and I wasn't compensated, nor did I sign a release. Barry Levinson didn't care about harming homeless people. We were just victims to have our identities raped for profit.
