Also, I am not sure about Format, it says:
"- NB: You must include the format of the trailer inside brackets in any external clip links, e.g.:"
are you tube links always format "flash"  or if not how do i see which format the trailers are in?

Hi Kristin -

YouTube stopped using Adobe Flash by default, the site now uses its HTML5 video player.  So if you are trying to link a video from Youtube, it could look something like:

YouTube - Trailer 1 (HTML5)

or

YouTube - Trailer 1

Aha, this explains why my YouTube URL's are not being added :) Thanks :)
Btw, maybe the example guide text should be changed also then because I have been copying from that:

If i click on "?" it says:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
- NB: You must include the format of the trailer inside brackets in any external clip links, e.g.:
YouTube - Trailer (Flash)
----------------------------------------------------
