Video image is squeezed.

I've uploaded my movie to Imdb (via WithoutABox) and the whole thing looks squeezed so that everyone looks too thin. The uploaded file was H264, which both Imdb and WithoutABox recommend. Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions? Thanks.

Please make sure that you've reviewed our recommended settings for best viewing quality for your Withoutabox upload:

* File size: Less than 2GB
* Frame: 480 px by 360 px at 30 frames per second
* Format: Flash Video (Codec: Sorenson or VP6 codec) or Quicktime
FLV videos using the H.263 video codec and the MP3 audio codec
MP4 videos using the H.264 video codec and the AAC audio codec
