Video processing stuck at 0% complete 48 hours after successful upload

I uploaded my movie 48 hours ago and the video processing is still zero % complete.
Tried to contact Without a Box and IMDB yesterday and I got no answer. What can I do now?

Hi Speedofix LA -

Our Withoutabox staff  have moved your video file back into queue to be retranscoded.  This
process will usually resolve the issue, so please check your video again in
a few hours (if you have a large file, you should give it to the
following day to complete processing). 

If this does not resolve the
issue, you will need to delete your video and attempt your upload again.

I am having this same problem, my user name is connie@conniebryan.com, my only video I've been trying to upload has been stuck now at 60% processing, won't finish, and IMDb won't let me try to upload again, and I can't delete it. I have met all the stated criteria for file size and type, this is not even a large file at only about 250 mg. Need some help getting it uploaded. Can not find anywhere to call to ask about serious issues that come up. I have a festival expecting this to have been uploaded a week ago, and all week I have run into glitches in the system trying to upload.

The same problem here. Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. We successfully uploaded a screener last week and gave it four days, and it was still at 0% processing. We deleted and tried again yesterday. Once again, the upload was successful, and once again, we're stuck at 0% processing! Help?

I have the same issue. Is it possible to do the same for me please?
it's has been almost 48 hours as well and it's still stuck at 0%.
I can't delete it either, IMDB says that video's that are being processed can't be deleted?

I also have the same issue. It's stuck in 0% and I dont want to loose my festival submission. Can you do the same for me or help me out somehow?
