1. What device and version are you using?

2. What version of the app are you viewing videos on?

3. Is this occurring on a particular video? If so, please provide us with the URL.

4. What is the bug you're referring to? What's happening?

5. Are you using cellular data or Wifi? Have you tried viewing videos on a separate Wifi network?

When you're connected to WiFi are you experiencing the same audio and video playback issues? Would you provide us with the version of the IMDb app you're using.
