I've recently submitted a credit for myself for an upcoming major motion picture that I'm working in the visual effects department for, but after two weeks it still isn't showing in my filmography. This had never been an issue on the four previous films that I've submitted myself prior to their releases. Has this policy changed, or has my submission been overlooked? My update receipt # is 151103-000431-442000. Thank you.

Hi Kevin -
I was able to review your Visual Effects credit submission and there were no issues with the submission itself. Therefore, it means that our editors were probably unable to verify it and need further information/additional evidence (especially since this title is not yet released).
If you have any online evidence or screen grabs to help verify your participation on "Deadpool (2016)", please post it here and our staff will take a look.

Michelle...I've also been having problems lately with my credits. I've been using IMdb for my resume for years and all of a sudden there not adding and being very inconsistent with my credits.

I've worked on Arrow and Legends more than a few times and had no problem getting my credits up...all of a suddent the editors aren't adding them? I recently did re-shoots on Deadpool..again not adding my credits. Coordinators use IMdb quite a bit to look up performers and if the editors are randomly just not adding credits I'm not sure what I'm paying for? Thank you.

Unrelated to OP's issue. Forked to keep issues separated.

Also to add when they say "grab a screen shot of the title you worked on", how are you supposed to when the project hasn't been released yet? I've been adding credits on my own from the beginning and all of a sudden it's just stopped for no reason.

Hey Michelle. There's not much that I can share considering that the film is still in production. There are multiple other employees from my studio that were able to add their credit successfully though (along with many other artists from other vendors). The only thing I can safely share is a link to my linkedin account which has my credit and role displayed: https://ca.linkedin.com/in/kevincouture
I would hate to have to do this everytime I need to add a credit though. As J Bell pointed out, it's important to have up-to-date credits for us given that many of us are contractors and need them for employment purposes. Thank you.
