WAB TIP #11398: Your synopsis contains one or more invalid characters. Can't fix with spell check, can't change people's names. Thanks. Mary

Here's my synopsis:
"Inspired, Transformed, American Baptist Churches," is a celebration of ABC with testimonies by some of today’s most important and tireless religious and social activists: Jimmy Carter, Suzan Johnson Cook, Luis Cortés, Jr., John Lewis, Joan Brown Campbell, Tony Campolo, and Neville Callam. Referencing their personal stories, they remind us that American Baptist Churches USA are a people always being inspired and transformed by the Spirit as they serve as the hands and feet of Christ. All Baptists are not the same, and people are longing to be part of something different, something dynamic and progressive which can be a powerful, shaping force in their lives. American Baptists provide that refreshing option, being "the headlights, not the taillights," as Congressman John Lewis proudly affirms.

I don't have any experience with WaB, but I expect that in this case it is much the same as the Plot Summary in the IMDb main database.

The phrase invalid characters in an IMDb message usually means that there are individual characters that are outside the range of the Latin-1 character set. Many times it is caused by people copying and pasting from a word processor like MS-Word, which uses special codes for the 'curly quotes'. If what you included in your post here is an exact copy of what is on WaB , that doesn't appear to be the case here. However, you might try selecting each quote and replacing it using the quote key on your keyboard.

The only other possibility that stands out is the name Cortés which contains an accented letter. Try replacing this with a simple e, and see if that caused the message to disappear. If it does see if WaB permits entering accents the same way as IMDb does, using the HTML codes (in this case é).
