Weird decline of a keyword to a title

I've tried, twice, to add the keyword death-of-recurring-character (which has 329 titles attached to it) to the Trollhunters episode Mistrial and Error. It's been declined twice with this message:

 

What's odd for me is that I've subsequently added the keyword to the Ray Donovan episode Staten Island: Part 2.
