WGA lock credits on Friday the 13th (2009) are out of order and incomplete

(Jeez, I know I sound like a broken record with these. The first page of searches for WGA lock credits is mostly me!)

The WGA locked credits for Friday the 13th aren't in the correct nor as they appear on screen. The credits should be as followed:
