WGA locked credits are not correct, again

For the TV movie, A Family Torn Apart (1993) (TV), the writing credits are not correct per IMDb standards. (It would be nice is top contributors could correct these without going through the extra step of posting credits here.) The credits should be:

Walker, Leslie (II) (based on the book "Sudden Fury" by) 1,1,1
Bombeck, Matthew (I) (teleplay by) 2,1,1
