When I was searching for a good PG-13 movie I went to the “Find Movies and TV shows” section next to the search bar. I wanted to select PG-13 but all I found was 6+, 7+, 8+, and 9+. What are these age ratings equivalent to in the movie franchise? Could someone tell me? Please and thank you.

This refers to IMDb user ratings, in other words how well IMDb users liked the movie (on a scale from 1 to 10).

To search based on MPAA content ratings I think you need to use the desktop website and the advanced title search:

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/

Ahh okay thank you so much! I don’t have the desktop site so I’ll use the advanced option. This cleared things up for me thanks!
