I worked on several promotional videos for events/festivals but I don't know if they'd count as an Internet credit or a commercial credit or other. Thoughts?

On the IMDb Help Center page Manage your filmography, from what you described, I would suggest adding the information to the Industrial section of the Filmography, which is on the IMDbPro section of a name page.

Please check the following for more information.

Promotional videos can be considered industrial films if they are created and shown to a specific audience and not to the general public. This would be unlike a motion picture, TV program, or a short film, which are designed to be shown to the general public.

You mentioned that the videos were shown at events and festivals. Were the videos meant to only be shown only at these events or have they been shown to a broader audience?

2 of them I worked on were published on Youtube. They were to promote events and festivals. Not shown at them. Would the ones published to youtube be considered commercial or internet?
