What could I do with the situation of Estimated processing date Unknown for new title

I suspect you looked at this link immediately after you clicked submit. As at least some very basic processing is needed to be done to estimate s time, then it will be unknown as you found.

If you go to the track contribution page after even 5 minutes, you should find an estimate date is shown. Try it now and let me know if I am right or not.
