What happens when I can't hear volume from this app on my television why is that I can hear it on my phone but not on my television

A lot more information is needed.
Are the speakers on TV, or a separate surround sound system or speaker bar?
Is your separated speaker system, (If you have one) connected to your TV or another device, like a cable or satellite system.
Is the app built in to the TV or is it plugged into a USB port? Or is the app part of your cable or satellite system?
