What is IMDb's policy on legal threats against the company?

I shall note that I'm only curious (and have neither threats of any kind nor plans to issue such on my lonesome own). For reference to note, the Wikimedia Foundation's policy in regards to their own sites (and for which IMDb is not affiliated) requires Wikimedia contributors to cease using their respective accounts to modify anything on Wikimedia sites, for the duration of the pressure, ultimatum or ensuing litigation originating from such particular contributors.
  • Does IMDb have the same or similar policy?
  • What about Amazon?
We have to ask this because it would seem that most of IMDb's policies are not publicly documented. That's merely a "seem to be" from one person's perspective, so it would be greatly appreciated if an approximate percentage figure could be made known to the public.

Sorry, we are unable to answer hypothetical legal questions.

I had a feeling my words might be interpreted as a "hypothetical" questionnaire. It would seem that there is indeed no fixed rule of law on the matter. Well, thanks for the reply.
