What is the data policy for user created movie lists?

I've read IMBd's policy on data scraping for their movie data, but it did not mention anything about user created lists like "my favorite movies of 2014", "102 movies to watch", etc. I see they have export options. Are we allowed to use this data as part of a non-commercial, personal/educational software?
