what mean watch list

To take this farther...I have films on my list I want to see, but have little to no hope of finding. Putting those films on my list means the Watch List is more of a Wish List since the films I wish to see are foreign films with little or no hope of finding them with English subtitles. Perhaps there should also be a Watch but Don't Get Your Hopes Up to see these films List. Just a thought. LOL
