what thru me was "Charlie". I kept trying to work that in without success. How it got stuck to Stargate SG-1 is beyond me.

apparently I had multiple misspellings looking at a couple tabs I still have. German was not a language I ever took. I missed Upon a Midnight Charlie. Wonder if with it being German if it comes from checkpoint charlie.
I just looked and have to laugh. While removing a ton of dups (146 if I count correctly), there have been 41 images added to the SG1 title in just the past four days. At that rate, this title will have a million images in no time and it already has 3k images.

At that rate, this title will have a million images in no time and it already has 3k images.It's amazing how many pictures some titles have. The title that, AFAIK, has the most pictures is Wagon Train: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0050073/reference. Currently, it has 5,120 (!) pictures.
That is amazing. I typically look at the # per episode.
So Wagon Train is 18/ep. In another view 3/minute.
But although far fewer, I think I got one as good. 6.5/minute.

What's funny I never got into wagon train but maybe I'll have to take a 2nd look. I'll start with the pics. lol
I just calculated, and during the time(10 days) I deleted 156 dups from stargate, there were 58 new images added. Now considering the series has been off the air for 12 years, what could have been so new now to add 6 images/day?

It's almost unbelievable how many dupes there are in the database. A very small example: This title (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0289716/reference) had four pictures this morning, all the same! Luckily, I managed to delete the three dupes, but one wonders how many thousands of dupes there are still out there...
I think Stargate has quite the fan following, which would explain the number of pictures added.
You as well. I much prefer to spend my time adding names to images. I'm amazed at how many don't have any name. My best calc is that I've added about 1k names in the past month. Last night I tried adding as many to Mission Impossible as I could. It's much harder when you don't have the show to watch at the same time when there's an unusual face.

My best calc is that I've added about 1k namesThis reminds me that I badly need to update this monstrosity (also first "person" in this list is magnificent but what I can do: it is credited in the movie, after all) which lacks like a thousand or a two at this point. I always postpone this because it will be a long an monotonous task, something much harder then the list of titles I've added.
That's an ingenious idea I wish I would have thought of long long long ago. Before finding the beta history page it was difficult to check on things I've submitted; with the beta it's easier but still takes time; but creating lists is a great idea.
