That's an interesting question. As there is no default place for that on IMDb such information can sometimes be found in Trivia. As an example, this trivia item from Dau.
I'm looking for a total number of data used after shooting and visual effects. Usually with cuts and edits studios can compress the film down to about 10-30 TB but thats not what I'm looking for. More interested in the amount of data that is produced in total from the making of one film.
I recommend that you check with your instructor to determine the scope
of your research and what he or she considers primary sources of
information. Many instructors do not consider IMDb a primary source.
Talk with you librarian for ideas on how to research this subject. If you are a college student, your college librarian probably has more resources to help you find this information than a high school librarian.

Hi Catherine Boland, As a follow-up: I'm a long time user of IMDb and have a background in computer science. After you turn in your research paper to your instructor and after he or she grades it, I would appreciate it if you make a copy of your paper available via a blog or other suitable means, and providing a link to your paper.
IMDb depends upon users like you to add information to their database. If you locate information pertinent to IMDb that IMDb doesn't already have, please consider adding that information.
