Hello!  I have a VIP role in a Union Production - a "Movie Ambassador" to promote each stage of the production by raising awareness for the differently abled community.  She will also be assisting Producers and attending all production meetings, and promotional tours. Should I list this title under the publicity department?  Other crew?  Or give her an Associate Producer credit and use her Movie Ambassador title in paperwork/meetings/TV interviews etc only?

Hello,

It actually depends on how the person will be credited in the final cut of the project. Most advisory or consultant occupations/job titles are usually listed in Other Crew/Miscellaneous Crew, which is were I would submit the data.

I hope this helps.
