Some crew/cast on our mini-series have seen their credits appear on their IMDB pages, but some have not. Those who appear as credited on the show page do not know how their information got there, and would like to know. And, those who are not credited yet are wondering who will be uploading their information and when. Is this something that managers or agents take care of? No one here knows, even those on the studio side!!

The only exceptions are items such as reviews, biographies and plot summaries where the submitter has the option to sign their work publicly (and that is only an option not mandatory).
If there are errors or omissions then please use the "Edit page" button to add / correct them. A general guide is available at https://help.imdb.com/contribution

When the documentation above refers to official sources, what we mean is that people from the production (or official reps of talent) are clicking the "Edit page" button and sending the data to IMDb. We do not offer a bulk upload system, because once you know what you are doing, there's nothing which could be much faster, especially if it's a show with multiple episodes and a relatively regular cast and production team. Many productions assign someone from the team to be responsible for sending updates to IMDb; this can be at any level: we have well-known directors updating their own productions and others where a production assistant intern handles it.
Let's take a specific example. Let's say you are working on season two of "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel" then you would go to the title page for episode 2.1 and press the "Edit page" button to land here and chose to add 10 cast credits:
press the "Continue" button and then use "Click here to copy existing credits from the series or other episodes" (red highlight below) to navigate to season 1, and with 10 clicks you can, for example, cue up the top 10 cast additions:
If your show does not have any episodes added to IMDb yet, add the first one, wait for everything to be processed, and then the second and subsequent episodes will be a breeze to add and update.
Please write back if you need more specifics or if you want to share details of the show and someone will be willing to help.
Finally if you would like to easily add production art, on-set photos and a trailer or other promotional video content for your title then we recommend the free IMDb Scorecard service, see https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/industry-professional/imdb-title-scorecard/GR6ELNEMQZADBQ...
