Not all IMDb Champions and staff members have administrative rights. Only IMDb Champions and staff members with administrative rights can edit threads. People with administrative rights on Get Satisfaction can create announcement-type topics. Originally, I set all of the FAQs to announcement types. Unfortunately, this displaced more important announcements from IMDb Staff.
