Why can't I add producer to this film which is up there already

Why won't they add Henry Hereford as producer to https://pro.imdb.com/title/tt12595254/?ref_=recent_view_2. I created to short film and it has added the director but it just refuses to add the producer which doesn't make sense. Please help on this - thank you
