Why can't I change my own plot outlines?

Hullo,
I tried to revise my plot summary for "Killer" but the change hasn't appeared yet. I completely rewrote the summary (which was originally written from memory and not very good) and made it very good and accurate indeed.
Here's the update:

The same thing happened to me some months back when I couldn't change the bad plot outline on my own film.
