I know of the film and was approached to work on it, but I ultimately turned it down.I don't even think the film was made.
Is there ANYTHING I can do to remove this credit from my page?

While this is no longer viewable, it was when the data was verified by the editors, so you will not be able to provide any evidence of non participation. As a result IMDb policy would not allow the credit to be removed.
This is a reprint of policy that policy.

Wait for a reply.
But if this becomes marked at the top as "Answered" then my reply is your answer.

No, the film that I'm talking about is Informed Annihilation (2015)

As per my research, 'Informed Annihilation' is a book, not a film.
1. The credits (cast) on it's IMDb title page looks fake to me.

I mean, why would the cast from a 4-years-old film still be "rumored"?
2. The official sites also do not exist.

3. The plot summary (and the primary image) of the title is actually from the book. [ Google books | eBay ]

Hi Scott Ampleford,
I went to your official site provided on your IMDb page and did not find anything related to "Informed Annihilation." Therefore, I've successfully removed your credit from that title as requested.
Please let us know if you need any further help.
