Why do my credits keep disappearing from my IMDb page? I don't have the time to keep resubmitting them. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm8490085/?r...

Not being an expert on tv series but looks like the pilot episode you are in has been deleted.

How did you know about Claws? My credits for Jack Reacher and NCIS: New Orleans are gone too

They were all uncredited roles and I noted that the second time I resubmitted everything. I have friends who didn't even show up in the final cut and their credits are still listed on IMDb.

Hi Joel,
Normally a person cannot be added to the database unless they have at least one credit. If you were added to the database erroneously staing any of the roles were credited, that mistake was proably corrected and subsequent submission were then given closer examination. Although the information was accurate the second time, there are no eligibel credits that would allow you to be added to the database unfortunately. If your frineds are not credited on any work and did not even appear in the final cut, these credits should be removed. If you let us know who they are, comeone can correct that infiormation for you or you can correct that information by the edit button.

That wasn't stated to me before joining and I was supposed to get credit on one of the projects, but didn't. Will IMDb refund my membership? I just don't feel there's any point in having a page at this time. Thank you for your help.

For refunds please contact the help desk directly via http://www.imdb.com/helpdesk/contact_form?subject=GS%20fallback and reference this thread.
Note that your credits are still stored in the IMDb database and will become active once you receive your first on-screen credit. The rules on uncredited appearances are explained in http://www.imdb.com/help/show_leaf?uncreditedcredits

You need to have at least one pre-existing credited entry in the database. We will not display filmographies consisting exclusively of uncredited work. We may make an exception in very rare/specific circumstances (e.g. on movies released before 1990, episodes released before 2000 and/or for high-profile credits, such as an uncredited cameo appearance by a celebrity), but in most cases we will not list an uncredited credit unless you have a pre-existing credited filmography.
