Why do my lists appear 'private' if I have set them to 'public'?

My user is 'cineindependientemx',

An example of one of my lists is https://www.imdb.com/list/ls023674103/,

I upload this following image that a friend forwarded me;



I have asked other friends to also check of my lists are public or private and they all telll me private, even though I have set all of them to public.

Please Help!!!

The problem has not yet been resolved...

and as 'JJ' mentioned, the option presented wont allow the option to send an email...

Please help, much appreciated...
