I have asked other friends to also check of my lists are public or private and they all telll me private, even though I have set all of them to public.

But did they solve the problem? The lists in that thread are listed as public, but still listed as private when you click on them. I'm having this same issue, and on top of that, when I go to 'IMDb Fan/Contributor questions --> Lists --> Lists public/private', it won't allow me to email them.
That's been an unfortunate situation for over a month.

As mentioned in the previous thread, the best way to address these issues is to contact staff privately through our Contact Form, however, I understand you have encountered issues with the form.

And if they are able to remedy the problem, please have them send me an email as well. The Contact Form won't allow me to email them directly.

I am unable to use the Contact Us E-mail button. For IMDb Pro questions and Log In/Sign Up questions, the button lights up, but it does not for IMDb Fan/Contributor questions. Is there another way to contact IMDb staff?
