Why has this death date submission not been processed?

and the Processing Times page has this line item:
Bio: Death Date Gold 8.October.2019 241
which is the day before your contribution date.
So yours is 1 of the 241,
unless the Track Contribution link says it's been declined,

The point is:  There have been other death date submissions AFTER this one that have been processed, but this one has not.
