We were not able to reproduce this issue. Please confirm the photo you are attempting to upload fits our technical requirements before uploading. If you've confirmed this, I'd recommend deleting the app and downloading the latest version from the Play store before attempting your upload again. If all the above fails, please write back with the following:
- your device and OS version
- your IMDbPro app version
- the URL to your page
- a description of what happens when you attempt your photo upload, including the text of any error message you receive
