I've loaded my film's trailer but it features under 'External Sites', but I want the link on the film's home page under 'Trailers and Videos'. How do I rectify this? Please advise.

Hi Carol,

Because you most likely linked it as an external link...!
Please check the Help on how to upload a trailer.

Hi Carol,

Yes it's an additional resource which gives you access to certain features.

Thanks Will, unfortunately your new Scorecard system is giving me further issues. As a freelance writer, I don't have a company name just my own. So I've tried twice to gain access but have been rejected both times.  Any ideas how to get around this?  I've never needed a company name for any of my films I've loaded to IMDB before. I simply want to link our film trailer to our site.

Assuming the title is https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8032252/ here? Can you ask someone from French Fancy Productions (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8032252/companycredits) to apply for a Scorecard account and upload it or ask if you can become their official representative and apply on their behalf?

Thanks Col, yes I just didn't want to land them with all the hassle for the sake of adding one trailer.  It simply doesn't make sense that I can load everything else related to the film, except the trailer. Why split that one aspect away from the contributor's form?

Any contributor can add a link to the trailer on a third party site as you have done already.

To add the trailer directly to the title page requires us to host the video and therefore have certain processing / publication rights, hence why we need verified permission from a representative of one of the companies responsible for the title. This is where Scorecard comes in -- it protects us and the filmmakers legally, and also protects titles from inappropriate video uploads.
