I was watching a trailer and paused to take screenshots to add to the film’s images. The images are clear on my phone. Why is it not being accepted? How is it “Badly Formatted”?

Hi Raza,

Have you reviewed the help link provided against your submitted photo?
Usually the photo definition is not sufficient enough, or the actual file format is not acceoted.
My 2 cents: I find that picture lacking definition and being too dark on the subject.

Oh okay. I honestly thought that a screenshot from the trailer would be in good quality, but that’s strange.

Hi, Raza Hyder.

The image may need to be cropped. There are big black fields, as I see.

The images that are on the Avengers: Endgame page at the moment, appear to also have black bars, due to the widescreen format of the trailer. Why were those accepted?

Hi Raza,

MAthePA is correct, the black fields is an issue, as is the poor quality of the image.

I hope this helps.

Regards,
Will
